Same Old Threads Return & Exchange Policy

Because all Same Old Threads products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only available in cases where an item arrives defective or if there was an error on our part during production or fulfillment. In order to receive an exchange, the original item must be returned to us for inspection.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for issues such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
